Board of Directors
Peter Eisentrager, President
Pete was born and raised in central Minnesota where his passion for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors took it's roots. He moved to Missouri in 1996 to attend college and play soccer and has called it home ever since. He enjoys hunting deer, turkey, waterfowl, upland birds, as well as fishing. He's been involved with MDS since 2009 and has spent hundreds of hours guiding youth and mobility impaired hunters over that time.
Jack Crecelius, Vice President
Some of my earliest memories are of stomping the brush for rabbits, watching the hickory trees for squirrels, or trying to catch a mess of fish out of the Gasconade River with my dad. Hunting and fishing is a lifelong endeavor for me. My dad developed a degenerative nerve disease that would leave him in a wheel chair for the last several years of his life. MDS wasn't there in those days, but I always wished for some way to turn back the clock and make outdoor activities available for him again. MDS helps others in ways that are very personal for me and provides me the opportunities to help others realize their dreams.

William Hall, Director
William was born in raised in the boot-heel of Missouri where his passion for hunting ducks, deer, and turkey began. He still resides in the area where he works as a postmaster in his hometown. William became involved with MDS in 2010 as a mobility impaired hunter. William enjoys meeting other mobility impaired individuals through the organization and mentoring them about the outdoors.
John Brune, Director
John (pictured on the left) is a physical education and outdoor education teacher at Francis Howell North High School in St Charles, MO.
He lives in Warren county with his wife, Bronwen, and two children, Rhiannon and Zane.
He enjoys all outdoor activities involving hunting and fishing. More so, he enjoys helping provide our youth and impaired outdoorsmen with opportunities to have those experiences themselves.
Mike Everett, Director
After leaving active military duty in 2007, Mike was looking for activities to continue serving his community. One fall while looking for deer hunting information, he stumbled across MDS and volunteered as a guide for one of the MDS deer hunts. That hunt may have been just as beneficial for MIke as the individual he guided for, as it reminded him what hunting and the outdoors was all about. Since then, Mike has tried to learn everything he can from the mobility impaired hunters and he loves seeing the youth light up when they hit the field and experience the outdoors, and hopefully a harvest.
